The EWN Management Office takes care of the daily operations of the network, and oversees the smooth implementation of the main activities. It covers specific aspects of both contract management and membership support.  The main tasks of the EWN MO include:

• management of the network (information to members, expansion of the membership,  etc.);
  
• financial and contractual relations and monitoring;
• organisation of meetings (annual network meeting) and hosting of meetings of specific studies;
• handling of requests for services received from IPTS;
• quality management including an overall set of guidelines for all project managers, quality audits and monitoring of specific contracts, etc.).

Accordingly, the specific contract for network management ensures the efficient functioning of ERAWATCH Network and covers tasks that cannot be attributed to any other specific contract for a study.
