The specific contract for the integration of Inno Policy TrendChart and ERAWATCH platform for the period 2011-2012 has recently started.

The TrendChart-ERAWATCH' integration contract, which has been commissioned by DG Enterprise and Industry and issued through the DG JRC-IPTS' framework contract with the ERAWATCH Network ASBL, has as overall objective 'to provide an enhanced overview of innovation and research policy measures in EU Member States as well as countries participating to the Competitiveness and Innovation framework Programme (CIP) and specific third countries'.

More specifically, the project aims, firstly, to collect during 2011 information on innovation policy measures and update the measures already included in the European Joint Inventory of Research and Innovation Policy in 48 countries as well as to extend during 2012 the collection of information to both innovation and research policy measures undertaken by these 48 countries.

Additionally, a series of analytical reports on selected topics related to European innovation policy, including an Innovation Policy Trends Report in the EU and an Innovation Funding Report in the EU will be produced under this project.

The project will last until December 2012.
