The Innovation Policy group contributes to the development and evaluation of technology and innovation policies of government, industry, and research organizations. The Innovation Policy group focuses its activities in three main areas:

Foresight: explore opportunities and consequences of new technological developments.
Investigate the impact of government policies on the innovative behaviour of firms and markets and on society.
Advise about the development of the knowledge infrastructure and knowledge organisations.
