Jamal Assad is an independent Maroccan expert, currently managing BEST FC sarl, Bureau d’Etudes Statistiques de Formation et de Conseils. He is also trainer at the Superior Institute of Applied Technology and responsible of econometric study on the perspectives of the offer and the demand for lodging in Marocco since 2007.

During 2007, Jamal Assad worked on statistical studies within the framework of the ESTIME project (Evaluation of the Technical Scientific Capacities and Innovation of the Mediterranean Countries) «Application of the multiple factorial analysis on the data of the national inquiry on the research-development and innovation in Marocco". He has work experience within the Maroccan Association for the Exploitation of the Data of the National inquiry on R&D and Innovation in Marocco 2005 and within the direction of development of the Zakoura Micro credit foundation «inquiry of evaluation and satisfaction of the beneficiary of the loan for breeding”. During 2004-2005, he was charged with statistical studies within the research departments in Casablanca (marketing researches for the evaluation of the necessities of the customers and their satisfaction).
 
He worked on application of the econometrics in the modelling of macro and micro-economic behaviour (realisation of inquiries, analysis and treatment of data, studies, simulations, optimization, forecasts and assistance in the decision) and application of factorial analytical methods (AFC/ACP/AFCM/STATIS). He also participated in seminars on R&D and Innovation.
