Acting like a non profit organisation, the foundation has a complete autonomy to provide continuous  and flexible services to the Spanish science-technology-entrepreneurship system.

In the mean time, FECYT contribute to identifying opportunities and necessities as well as suggesting specific actions to people taking part in scientific research and innovation.
