Don Scott-Kemmis is an Australian independent consultant with more than 10 years experience in the field of S&T. Since 2008, he is Senior Research Fellow at the Australian Centre for Innovation of the University of Sydney.

He has contributed to numerous studies for, among other organisations the European Commission, the UNESCO and the World Bank.
