The Network Management Office execute the day-to-day operations concerning the management of the ERAWATCH Network which include:

• The handling of requests for services under the framework contract;
• The guarantee that time limits for responding to requests are respected;
• The management of all contractual relations with network members and sub-contractors;
• The communication with the (potential) network members;
• The organization of the EWN meetings;
• The reporting on meetings and other network activities.
  

The Management Office also prepares and implements the quality procedures required to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest content and presentational standards possible.
